SCANDIENNE
Scandienne is a wordplay on Scandinavian + Parisienne. The brand mixes the two cultural aesthetics since the founder Sandra was born on a farm in Sweden and is a lover of workwear, but also lived in Paris for years with all it’s art and couture. I was approached by Sandra because of my experience and competence in utility clothing to help her with two workwear inspired items.

The "M/V" collar is part of Before 7am's "Roots" collection, a collection inspired by the fashion traditions of the Dutch Golden Ages, interpreted through the lense of contemporary Amsterdam street style. "M/V" is a fusing between the women's and men's collars of the 17th century. The bottom collar in white linen represents the female style and the indigo top collar the male style..
