Discover the art of handmade pasta with a creative twist in this marbled ravioli workshop. Inspired by traditional Italian techniques and modern aesthetics, you’ll learn how to craft fresh pasta dough infused with natural colours, creating beautiful marble patterns that make each raviolo unique.
Guided step by step by Alessandra, you’ll prepare your dough, experiment with colour combinations, and shape delicate ravioli filled with fresh ricotta. Along the way, you’ll pick up essential pasta-making skills - from kneading and rolling to filling and sealing - just like in an Italian kitchen.
This workshop is all about slowing down, getting your hands dirty, and enjoying the process. At the end, we’ll cook and taste your creations together, paired with a nice Italian wine.
