We’re very excited to share that we’re launching a new series of events and workshops in the atelier, in collaboration with other creative and talented makers. On Sundays, we’ll host hands-on workshops or creative gatherings — either in the atelier or out in nature.
We call it AMK Collective. It’s an invitation to step away from screens and busy to-do lists, meet IRL, and create together. Learn new crafts, share ideas, or simply go for inspiring walks in nature.

JEWELLERY WORKSHOP WITH WAX

We’re delighted to welcome jewellery maker Joana Kazmaier for a hands-on wax carving workshop at the atelier. You’ll be introduced to the Lost Wax Casting process and guided in creating your own jewellery designs using wax and carving tools.
Create rings, earrings, pendants - or multiple pieces if you wish. After the session, you can choose which designs to have cast in silver, gold, or bronze. Casting and finishing will be completed the following week, and your final pieces will be ready for pickup.
Please note: The workshop price includes all materials for carving, but not the cost of casting the final jewellery pieces.

AMK ATELIER POP-UP SHOP

For the first time, we’re hosting a pop-up shop in our atelier. For three days, we’ll open our doors and present our workwear collection - including the collaboration collection with Damson Madder, alongside garments and accessories created here in the atelier.
We’ll also offer & showcase artwork from Blueprint Amsterdam, and we’re lucky to have freshly made gelato by Sam Le Bam throughout the event.

Welcome to our camping, jamming, eating, singing ’n picking weekend in the woods - celebrating swedisg midsummer.
If you’re wondering what the plan is—well, it’s exactly that. A few days of music, shared meals, crafts, forest walks, and plenty of time to simply be together.
We’ll be staying at a group campsite in the woods, where everyone brings their own tent or camping gear and food. We’ll cook together, gather around the campfire, and dance under the stars with a silent disco. Come as you are, bring what you love, and join us for a relaxed, creative weekend in nature.

MARBLE PASTA WORKSHOP

Discover the art of handmade pasta with a creative twist in this marbled ravioli workshop. Inspired by traditional Italian techniques and modern aesthetics, you’ll learn how to craft fresh pasta dough infused with natural colours, creating beautiful marble patterns that make each raviolo unique. Guided step by step by Alessandra, you’ll prepare your dough, experiment with colour combinations, and shape delicate ravioli filled with fresh ricotta.
No experience needed - just bring your appetite and creativity.

INTRODUCTION PATTERN MAKING

Discover the basics of pattern making and learn how clothing is shaped around the body.
In this workshop, we explore anatomy, comfort, and fit, why clothes sometimes feel uncomfortable, and how patterns become wearable garments. A perfect introduction for anyone curious about creating their own wardrobe and understanding the foundations of fashion design.

BIRDING & HIKE
JUL / 26 / SUN in the Kennemerland dunes
Join us for a relaxed morning by the sea. We’ll meet in the dunes and go for a gentle hike, visiting birding huts and enjoying time outdoors — away from screens, with space for conversation or quiet moments in nature. Please dress for the weather and bring water. Binoculars are welcome, but we’ll also share within the group.
After the walk, we may enjoy lunch together at a nearby beach café.

COOKING WITH FIRE
AUG / 23 / SUN breadbaking in nature - LEAH'S
Do you love the smell and taste of cooking over an open fire? In this workshop you’ll create a delicious seasonal meal together with baker and cook Leah ter Berg, entirely prepared over the fire. We’ll bake bread and cook with local vegetables, then sit down together to enjoy what we’ve made.

INDIGO WORKSHOP

We are beyond excited to visit the Queen of Indigo, Celia Geredtes the founder of Blueprint Amsterdam - in her creative workshop in Lijnden.
Natural Indigo Dye Workshop – Dye Your Own Napkins
Join Celia for a hands-on introduction to the world of natural indigo dyeing. With her decades of experience, she will guide you through the history, science, and magic of this ancient dye.
In this 3.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn how a natural indigo vat works, explore basic dipping techniques, and try your hand at Itajime Shibori, a Japanese clamp-resist method for creating beautiful patterns.
You’ll finish by dyeing 4 European hemp fabric napkins - perfect for your own table setting. No experience needed; this workshop is open to everyone.
